Ok well the car is a 92 sc300 and i really dont want to plug the harness back in and get a good battery just to take out the cd player magazine. The engine, most of the wiring, and ecu are all out of the car. Is there a manual way to get those cd's out instead of hooking up all of the electrical wiring to get the cd player magazine out??

Remove the changer from the car first. If i remember correctly there is either a small removable panel OR direct access to the plastic gear that raises and lowers the cartridge. This will ONLY work if there is no CD loaded into the changer though.
