Default new head unit installed-most speakers are not working

Just installed new audio head unit - wires are correctly connected- the only speaker working is the driver's side door one- the rest are inoperative. What do I need to check to correct this problem. The wires are connected properly,
according to the head unit instructions, the adaptive wiring harness and the
head unit schmatic. Do I have a OEM amp problem? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Speakers were bad. Replaced the bad ones and system is now working fine, except
for the woofer. I'll deal with it later. Thanks for your help!
