JL dealer online
all you have to do is search for 'JL audio subwoofer online'. CALL them since the 10ib4 will have to be special ordered--ANY authorized dealer can get it

There are no "authorized" online JL dealers. JL doesn't allow their products to be sold online. Many people/companies still do it though- they just aren't authorized.
