AVIC-D3 problems
hey guys,
I bought this avic d3 from a member off the forums and I was kind of dicked on the deal. word of advice -never buy a indash system used with out playing with it first. Long story short I got the d3 install professionally and the system didn't fully work.. I mean ipod works and the navi shows you where your are. but you cant enter address nor can you watch videos... period.. What I was wondering if anyone other can burn me a copy of the navi disc. The burnt copy I received with the unit might be the cause of the problems. Any help would be great ...
Thanks
tim

I have 2 of the same radios in both my vehicles, and your issue is your headunit isn't hooked up properly.i see you was standing still and it still didn't work ..so either the bypass isn't correct or he didn't ground the parking brake wire. check this it it will help
