I'll start: I bought the ML+. It was installed without a problem in my 2008 ES350 w/navigation, 6cd in-dash changer, single cassette drive. I am very happy with the ML+'s features, although I am still a little shellshocked at the money I spent to buy the hardware unit and have it installed. (I wouldn't be quite so shellshocked if I hadn't likewise purchased / had installed a PS override unit at the very same time.)
