possible to fit ML AMP into regular IS?

Currently my car only has lexus regular sound system, but i really want to the mark levinson setup, but unfortunately this car doesn't come with this option, so i am wondering is there anything i can do upgrade my sound system? Is it possible to buy a ML amp and fit in the car? with the regular HU and speakers?

I think it would be cheaper just to add an after market amp. It alot more than just an amp as this has been discuss. No one yet to go threw with it since getting after market is easier.
