Color of radio display

Is there any way to change this?? IF so , where and how. I've seen somebody with a factory radio and a blue lcd or led light whatever its called, on their radio. I have a gs300 98'.

go to autotoys I think it's some kind of glowing decal. you can also use them on the speedometers
