92Es300 5sPd

I own a 92 es 300 wiht the stock deck in it my question is does anyone know the specs on this particular deck? I also heard that there is a amp under the pass seat is this true? The reaosn i ask is i bought a sony explode deck that puts out 208w. Is this more or less than the stock and will it sound as good as it does now? The reason I am changing is so i can run an amp along wiht some 15in subs so any info woould be nice ty in advance.
