I have been assembling the parts to install a Kenwood DNX6960. These seem to be reliable units but anything can happen.
My question is if I have to pull the unit and send it in for service will it be possible to put a cheap screen in it's place and hook it up to my backup camera. The camera is actually the main driver is this enterprise so of all the features that is the one I don't want to lose.
If you've ever backed up an RX330 you know why.

Will this work with my Kenwood CMOS 200 camera? 54 bucks!

Yes, I really am the kind of guy who will keep a 54 dollar monitor in the trunk to slap in the hole where the Kenwood used to be should it need to come out.
You would be amazed at how smooth my life runs.
