Need some help here, I ordered an Clarion NX501 double din DVD/Nav unit for my 03 GS300. The guys at the shop where I thought about having it installed were telling me that I need all of these different "interface" adapters to use my factory amps. Mine is the SportDesign and doesn't have the Mark Levinson stereo in it but I know it does have factory amps......at least I think it does. I found a wiring harness online that was a simple plug and play harness just like a normal aftermarket install wiring harness that said it included the use of the factory amps. Are these guys trying to make me pay for crap I don't need or can I just use the recommended wiring harness to install it? I have experience with installing car audio and would prefer to do it myself. When I did my 03 Cobra I just used the wiring harness provided for that make/model and the Mach factory amp'd stereo worked perfect. Just need some advice because I don't wanna mess it up.
