Hi all,

I upgraded my head unit to an Alpine unit, and now the reception is worse than stock on my 2000 GS400! Can anyone recommend a good antenna?

I've gotten the car tinted also, so that could be causing the problems. Is it possible to mount an internal antenna in the front windsheild in a way that looks nice? Or do I need to go with an external top mounted antenna? Thanks!

tony..im in the exact same position..alpine 7977 and the radio reception now has extra static. the head unit comes with a dc converter that u just shove in the back of the unit..i think its too close to the antenna wires or somethin...ima try movin it around later when i have some time and see if it helps.
