In my 2010 Lexus ES350, I connected Coby MP305-4GB USB Stick MP3-Player to the “AUX” (USB) Audio AuxiliaryPort located at the center console, turned the radio ON and pushed the CD-AUX button on the audio system. And, here we go, the MP3-Player programs (folders and mp3-files) are shown now on the Lexus audio system display and can be comprehensively controlled with Lexus audio system buttons (CD-AUX, 5, 6, SCAN, SEEK-TRACK)! Plus there is no need for mp-3 player AAA battery. I am pretty sure that USB stick MP3-players of other models can be used same way in this and other Lexus models.
