Flyaudio 2nd GEN
Hi everyone,
Has anyone gotten any reviews on the 2nd GEN Flyaudio? I saw a few on Youtube but waiting to see if the bugs has been fixed on it. I had the first GEN and my GPS went out less in one week.

I have played with the 2nd gen unit that we installed in a customers car and my biggest concerns were addressed. The iPod integration is FINALLY to an acceptable level where you can browse by artist, playlist, album, etc. The bluetooth interface is different, you can now sync with your cell phone and see your actual contacts (by name). The RDS is a nice feature for the radio, but I don't listen to the radio much so that doesn't really impact my opinion of the upgrade. There are some hardware upgrades as well. It's basically at the same price point before, so it's a great value. Just my $.02.

The second generation FLyAudio units are a step in the right direction, with upgraded hardware and improvements within the software. Now with the ability to import your Phone's contacts and also with the search function is a vast improvement! Over all its a solid upgrade for the IS owner that what's to keep their car looking OEM and adding a Navigation/DVD/iPod in one complete product.
Please note that the Second generation units are available, and ready to ship the same day.
