Brake light in instrument panel stays on
Hi again ( Gremlin week)
Red "BRAKE; light stays on most of the time. parking brake switch hanging up? fluid level sensor error? PS - new calipers, etc in early 2002. Just started acting up a few months ago - getting longer in duration....

My GS400 used to do the same thing. I just used to give the park brake release a pull and the light would go out. It didn't happen often enough to be annoying and I have since sold the car.

Switch makes sense...
Ordered service manual CD ( yey, I must suspect...) and parts sheet from Ebay. If switch is hanging, I must find it first, w/o harming items,,,
