I have the Audison Bit One (which is the big brother to the Bit Ten) in my IS350. It works really well to clean up the stock system processing and offers a lot of tuning options via the software.
The Bit Ten is based on the Bit One, and has much of the same functionality, so I wouldn't expect any issues. If you can swing it, buy the DRC remote controller. It's very helpful to be able to select multiple tuning presets and adjust the sub level via the DRC, especially while you're getting the system dialed in.
I also tried the JBL MS-8 before but had a frustrating experience with it. It doesn't work with NAV head units due to a sampling rate issue with the factory signal.
