How much can I get for my older Lexus Gen2/3 2009 navigation DVD?

How much can I get for my older Lexus Gen2/3 2009 navigation DVD? It was just removed from my car after I installed the 2011 update DVD. I have never sold stuff online before. I can't seem to find anyone selling this DVD on eBay.(other than a few that are selling new, unused DVDs) How hard is it to create an account on eBay just to sell one used DVD? Is it even worth the trouble? I just want to get rid of it for a reasonable price, instead of having it sit on my shelves.
By the way, the new 2011 update DVD really rocks... now I can finally navigate from my driveway.
With the 2009 and earlier navigation DVD, I had to drive for about a mile and half before the navigation would start guiding me. Even the "new" Interstate(built in 2007) in my area has finally showed up.
