O.K the link doesn't work, but you can try www.autosoundmag.com and go to technical and then headgame.
This the pic. of the cut out template on the cushion. You need to draw the line and know how much to cut the form.

Installed the cover back and mark all four corners then cut it in x shape. Then cut it along the black line , you will need to leave some leather so when you put the monitor in it will fit just right.

Make sure you cut the hole for the wire, on this model it comes with S-video type connector so I can't run it through the rod. But any way after an hour of cutting and fighting with the cover. Here the finishing product. I need to heat it up after I put it in the car by close all the windows , turn the heater on to Max. and let the car runs for about an hour or so.

You can also have navigation in the back if your monitors have RGB input. For some strange reason my kids like to watch the navigation. For this reason and others I'm going with Pioneer AVD-W6000's and HM6000 mounts.

do-luck sc, I cut the form just slightly smaller than the black bracket and put the bracket in place, then I put the cover. After that I cut the cover in X shape as in pic. 3, then just put the monitor in. The leather will cover over the bracket and the monitor will make it fit really tight. Just want to share to some of you who want to know how they do it. I got a qoute from local audio shop for $200.00 just to do the headrests.
Video-Navi-yes I have RGB on my Nav.( factory monitor).
