Default error 4

hi all...

i searched but could not find what i was looking for..
i got an "error 4" on my CD player on my 04 RX 330. is there a way to manually remove the disks that are currently in there?

i read other posts about this and have not found a way, most people send it out or go to the dealer to repair (or just get a new head unit)

i am trying ot avoid spedning 500 dollars to fix/replace the stock unit i would rather try to fix it and if not get an after market unit. (any recomendations for an after market unit for a reasonable price? my car has nav so i relaly do not need a unit with NAV)
