WTF...12 disc CD changer took a dump!!!
Well guys after 3-4 years of owning my SC my CD changer finally took a crap on me, it was working fine one day then the next day whenever i try to listen to any of my CD's in the changer it just reads "ERR" Error,
So i have had a Kenwood Double din brand new in the box for the past 6 years & since my CD changer finally went bad i wanna put the kenwood in but i wanna use it with the factory amp & sub..
I see its possible to make it work with the factory amp & sub but i need alil help trying to make this work...anyone who is using a aftermarket double din PLZ.....Help!!
Thanks, Nate

Who still uses CD changers? Short answer it's more of a headache that you really want to take on to try to make that thing work. Chances are it won't work in the end.
CD Changers and Amplifiers working with a deck are 2 different animals. You're not talking about a signal difference (amp), you're talking about a total different language (cd changer)

Oh yeah that's simple. They have patch harnesses for that. The "best" bet would be to bypass the amp, but many people don't want to do that.
Sorry for my ignorance
