Default Temperature displays

I hope I'm not wearing out my welcome here about this but here I go again with the temperature display problem. I just took delivery of an '03 LS 430 and have been told by the dealer that changing the temperature displays is not possible through the C BEST settings and looking at the eight pages of C BEST settings posted here I have to agree with that.
So. . . . Are there any experts out there that can tell me what parts or parts required to make the swap from metric to U.S. [Imperial] ?
Thank you for any help

Ask your dealer to check if the Canadian and US aircon ECU's have different part numbers. That woud be a clue that it is burnt into the OS.

The setting is not in the C BEST and not in the aircon diagnostics mode, so it is likely to be burnt in.
