What is the biggest size door speakers you can put in a 1998 lexus gs with least mod want alittle bigger then the stock 4 inch thanks in advance post pics of speakers

I just bought tons of audio components for my 98 GS4, including some 6.5" component Infinity Kappa's, haven't installed them yet but I also bout the speaker adapters. Check out http://car-speaker-adapters.com/ they have the perfect adapters. If you want to go bigger. Now like I said I haven't installed my audio yet but there are other threads on here if you do a search that will help you out. Check out a couple of pics.

Those first two pictures are of my car, the adapters are top notch. I just finished my system install and it sounds great, I have 6.5 in all the doors, no rattles whatsoever!

factory amp cannot be bypassed. you have to get a new 4 channel amp and run new speaker wires and new speakers of coarse.
