Anyone out there ever put an aftermarket head unit in their es300...I have 2000 es300 and I get tired of the tape deck, just wondering if anyone has any pictures of what they did ... Looking to get some ideas

Many members have installed aftermarket head units as well as very elaborate systems in their ES's.

First I would suggest you search the forum as there are loads of threads on this subject.

Additionally, Metra currently offers two dash kits for your ES. 95-8155 & 99-8155. Both single and Double Din options.
