Default alarm problems

so sat i started a new security gig and i have to use valet. gave em my keys and they took off with my car . whern i got my car back the first thing i noticed was the seat motors no longer were working. pulled over a block away and check and the wiring was all connected (supra seats btw) i got home and went to use the remote to arm the alarm and no response the panic button still worked but all the keyless features were non op (trunk gas cap doors ) i noticed that all nosies were all coming from one control unit mounted on the steering column under the dash, black box with reddish orange plugs . any help here ? fyi yes i have been and still using the search option but im trying to find someone thats had this issue with an SC.
