Where is the best place to tap into switched and constant power supply in the GS400?

Where is the best place to tap into switched and constant power supply in the GS400?

I just bought an EQ that I will be installing in the glove box, and I also have the EDFC that is about to be put in there as well. Where is the best and most easily accesed place to catch the switched and constant power for these units? I know the factory amp is there, so there has gotta be something in the glove box area to tap. BananaGS, I know you have an EQ in your glove box as well, maybe you could shed some light on this if you happen to read it. I tried to PM you, but your box is full.
ANyhow, thanks in advance for any advice.

hey,
I assumed you have seen the diagram of stock amp inputs on my site
there is an ACC and Const power on the amp. see the diagram. you need a volt meter to work on electrical anyway,get one

, can't just read the diagram.

hint (the signal label ACC and B are the power lines that you need) do you have the diagram for your car? or just use the volt meter to measure all the wire to see which one has 12V

Thanks for the help. Yeah, I have a volt meter, I just wanted a heads up on where to look before I got in there testing 40 different wires, cut some time off the install for me. I will still test them, but its alot easier to know where tos tart. Thanks again for the heads up.
