Default Audio problem

I sent my stock 12 disc changer to a repair shop, which in turn sent it to the factory facility in Southern CA. Now it worked for a few times, but yesterday I first got ERR on the head unit display. So I opened the trunk, removed and re-inserted the cartridge. Then it played disc 1 only. When I press the DISC button, nothing at all happens. Does this sound like a head unit problem or a changer problem, or what?
Thanks!

If the Radio works....then the changer is the problem.

Send it back or call them and ask them how to reset it again.

You may want to try unplugging the battery for an hour or so and reset the cars electronics

Sometimes when I play 80min CD-Rs, it'll give me the "ERR" message.
Any CD-Rs shorter than 80mins, my CD player has no problem playing.
BTW, my stock sub stopped working!!!!!!!
