Default 98 LS400 aftermarket HU & sub

So I just put in a pioneer double din and aftermarket sub/amp. I put in a 2600w planet audio mono block and a kicker L5. Everything is wired correctly and all but the amp overheat so it goes into thermal protection/mode so it shuts off so it won't over heat. So my question is anyone have a way to circulate air through the trunk so it won't be so hot? I know there fans I can get for the amp but would like to know if there some way I can just maybe make room for air to flow through. Thanks in advance for all help!

Need part numbers to be most helpful. If your Kicker is dual 2 ohm coils and you wired them in parallel, that's a big time no no for that amp, IIRC, but shoot the P/N's and we can finger it out.

What is the P/N? L5 has many iterations. If it's a DVC with 2 ohm coils (which I think it is), it's wired in parallel and that's too low a load for the amp, but need the actual P/N to be sure.
