so i have a uego and ebc spliced into the cig lither wire( green n orange wire in the sc300) i should mention that that the ebc solenoid is also spliced into the same power wire, so a total of three wires into it
also have the ground wires for both soldered and grounded together

so i turn the ignition on the acc mode , both gauges come on fine can even put a step before actually turning on the car and they still stay on but once i turn the headlights on they turn off and stay off(should also mention that i dont have the headlights actually connected)

any clues to what might be the problem??

 

problem solved, just needed better grounding
