What exactly is your question?
What is that white overlay in the picture? Is that the wire you are trying to ask about?
The other wires will probably be Power (red), Ground (black), Memory (yellow), Power Antenna (blue/white), Remote (blue), and the pairwise "plugs" are RCA's (probably pre-outs).
As for that white overlay...I don't know what that is??? Usually a wire harness could come with a "Dimmer" wire that hooks up to the dashes dimmer pot.
