I am planning on adding a Kenwood Keg http://www.kenwoodusa.com/excelon/excelonKeg.jsp to my KTV-910DVD and would like to know if the sound qulity will be the same after converting audio files from my CDs to MP3 format.
Also, does anyone currently have this in their car, if so how do you like it?

If you ripped the files to 320kbps then it would sound pretty close. But MP3's by their very compression based nature do not sound as good as CDs.
I have thouht about putting the same type of setup in my car, but am curious about just mounting a car based pc with interface instead.

Thanks for replying pcmw.
A car based PC would be nice, but I think I would prefer the ease of operation the Keg would bring, mainly because I could control its functions using my Kenwood head unit.
