XM Radio
I installed the Delphi SkyFi XM Radio in my '02 RX300 about two weeks ago. I have been using the cassette tape adaptor. Everyone says the cassette adaptor sounds better than an FM modulator. I was a bit disappointed in the sound as the XM really sounded muffled and was lacking the crisp highs. Tonight when I was driving, I went to the Audio Menu (I have the factory nav) and I noticed that the Dolby Noise Reduction was on. Duh!!! As soon as I turned it off, the XM sounded great. I highly recommend this system. It fits perfectly in the lower console drawer on the RX.

steevr,
you have picture of the installation? I have a 99 RX300 with no navigation. Is the lower console in the 99 & 02 the same? I am looking into this mod also.
Any suggestion is appreciated!

I've been real happy with the SkyFi. The display on it is the most informative of the other XM radios out there. I'll try and take some pics tomorrow. My sister has a '00 RX and I'm pretty sure her console is the exact same as my '02. You could easily put the SkyFi in the top slide out drawer if you don't use the swivel mount.
