2004 LS430 Steering Wheel Controls Synced with Aftermarket Radio
Is there an aftermarket head unit/system that can be synced with the steering wheel controls on an 04 LS430?

any head unit with a wired steering wheel input should work.. you would just need the adapter from the oem wiring.. try using an ASWC from axxess interface or maybe the maestro from idatalink...
