Yeah I lived down there for 10 years...went to H.S. there and it's all about Miami Bass . My 2nd car was a 4 dr Honda Civic and I put a different system in there every month...thats all you did do down there. Cruise and play your music as loud as you wanted. I once put 2 "15's in the back of that civic!!! Talk about noise!! I've calmed down a bit....but the stock system wasn't good enough for my taste....its good but not good enough....but that's just my .02.

when i lived in newark,n.j.... thats what it was all about, being heard from down the block, going down mt. prospect ave. booming it all u can go, i wondor how many speakers were blown on just that st. alone. here in fl. its crazy too but not as popular where i'm at compared to newark,nj

when i travel down to miami , ya its nuts down there, civics where the sytems cost more than the car, they love it loud down there ,i go at least 3 times a month.

Don't remind me!!!! I miss South Beach Soooooooooooo Much!!!! The last time I was down there was in last year....only for a day but still....it was so hot out there!!!!!

Ya i here yall, ive kind of grew up over all that sound. My last vechical was a 2001 GMC x-cab. The whole back seat was taken out and we went with (8) Rockfordfosgate POWER HX 12, the box look like a packman w., it was ported to 45hz. Man talk about LOUD and PRESSURE like a mother ******er.For power i had (8) RockfordFosgate BD 1500, one per speaker running the amp at one ohms. Speakers were duel 2ohms. All of this was sponsor by Rockford Fosgate, but it still cost me about 5 grand. People think when you are sponsored by these people that you get it for free. Well you get a hell of a cut, those amps would cost about 1200 at a retailer and i was getting them for 200.00 each. This truck was set up for DB DRAGS, and USAC, and MECA. the best my truck hit LEGAL on the dash was 167.4 not to bad for a street beater. If anybody wants to see the truck pics, just let me know. I sold the truck in Florida at Panama City Beach Show. It was called the Last Roundup at Spinakers. I live in Lafayette , Louisisana so as you can se i was in this sport and travel good distances. Just tought i should shared my last set up with yall.

Just got my gs3 and I totally agree with NoRoyceGS4. The stock sub is killing me. I was going to liven up the interior first but now the first thing I'm doing is yanking that sub-par sub.
