Its the Kenwood KAC 959....Alpine also makes a 5-channel V-12 amp but i had one of those and it overheats and has less power output than the Kenwood. I play my music loud and have never had the KAC 959 to overheat and cut off (safety feature for amplifiers to prevent heat destroying the electronics).

Kenwood and Alpine are not stock.. they are aftermarket companies which produce components which are better than what comes stock.
If you go with stock.. you will need to purchase from the dealer or a junkyard. You will pay more and get less.. as far a perfomance/output goes.
You decide.

just call your local lexus dealer. or you can look on your broken amp. i'm sure its there. you probly won't need a part number if you are buying through a junk yard. just tell them your have the pionneer system with or without 12 disc ccd changer

Hey 007 what kind of audio setup do you have besides the kenwood amp? How did you wire it up? Did you need to use a line out convertor? I don't know jack about car audio but I know how to do my own work. I've done speakers before but not amps. Just looking at options right now. If I get a new amp I can give Zogan my old one if he can wait that long without music. lol.
thanks.
thanks.
