Hello every one,
This happened today in the morning. I was ready to leave the car when I remembered that I have to pick up something. I shifted the car to reverse and then to the first gear, (my car is manual). because I was in a hurry I did not shift correctly and the car died out. While all this was happening I was playing a tape, and of course when the car turned off the sound system turned off too. When I started my car back, the sound system did not start, I pushed the start button again and the sound system did not start. I triad turning off the car and starting it again and then trying the sound system, but it did not work. What happened???? Thanks in advance.

abdul10000,
Is the sound system entirely dead? No radio?
If the sound system is the only thing that lost power I would suspect a fuse.
Don't know your car but on my GS they are located in the footwell. If you have an SC manual it will tell you where to find them.
