Hello,

I just purchased an used RX300 (2002) from a private seller and got it home! I had a mechanic look at it before purchasing and the seller came through a reference.

Now I can only hope for the best!

I was wondering if I can make any of these upgrades to the car:

1) Can I add bluetooth functionality? I would like to speak on voice phone calls via bluetooth as opposed to using my hands.

Yes, I know that it is not good to talk and drive, but sometimes one has to attend to calls. It is legal here to use the phone while driving in TX.

2) In addition to the alarm, and common sense, e.g. park in safe areas, keep valuables out of sight, is there any other device I can use as a theft deterrent?

3) Is there any way I can add backup sensors to the car, i.e. they would beep if I am backing up too close to an object

4) The car has a CD player and a cassette player and cigarette lighters. Is there any way I can add a USB port?

5) Any other cool features I can add?
