Ok, as we can see it's not finish. I still need to make trim panels for the subs, and panels for the amp to hide the wires. This set up sounds AWSOME. (3) 10in. Alpine type r's. its about 1.2 cubes ported, per chamber. All Mids and highs are 6.5 Alpine type r componets.

Thanks yall, the Dash kit was purchase using AUTODASH, it had a pocket on the bottom. I just didnt like pocket look, so i cut out the entire pocket and installed an ALPINE crossover eq. It took a little while to modified and used back strapes to hold it in place. As you can se its not an exact match to the other panel on the car. I will try and paint the kit as close to possible.
The sub box only sticks out about 2inches from the middle hump. So i can still use my trunk for what it is meant to be for...I ran 1 gage power wire from front to back. Most people make big mistakes when running to small of a wire. When you are running more than one amps and you are drawing LOTS of current, small wire tend to get hot and possible catch fire. This wire is very flexible, and easy to hide alone the inside of your interior.
For the last two years i have been sponsored by ROCKFORD FOSGATE. I have a Astro Van set up for SPL OUTLAW. Its set up follows as (9) POWER HX 15in. woofers, and (18) POWER BD 1500 watts amps. YA lots of power!!!! I run one amp per voice coil, which gives out about 3000 watts per woofer. Yall need to hear this set up, talk about take your breath away.. but anyway thats all for show, my car is what im doing all by myself, just takes time and money.
Just tought i should share a few things to yall about me and my hobbies!.
Next thing to come is IFORGED seven spoke rims 19in. and complete WIN RACING SPOILER kit...

You can tell you are an SPL guy, get some protection on your power cables before you short out your car. Other than that, it looks great. Pop some more pics up when you get the trunk panelled in.

I bought the JBL amps new from the net, for a real good prise. They Sound good.. I have a 1200.1 pro for the subs running at 2.3ohms and have a 80.4 pro for the high in. Im use of running Rockford amps, i would compared this amp to a BD POWER 1000. JBL amps draw maybe about 75 amps, compared to your other name brand that draws about 120plus volts. With this set up i have no problem with light dimming or any problem with alternator straning.
I did a test with both amps JBL and Rockford at 1 ohms.
Rockford has bruital power, strong but draws to much current.
Jbl keep up, did not run into power protection, and never ran hot
Rockford got real hot and amperage drop to 11.5 volts
Both amps were at 14.2 volts, runing at 1 ohms for an 30 min.
for best money value IMHO get the JBL, you want be sorry.....

I sprayed the box with some flexstone, then came back and spayed some black semi gloss paint. This is not going to be the finish of the box. I just needed something to make it look decent until i cover the box with leather.

I am considering upgrading my stock system with a few aftermarket additions. I wanted to know what size speakers come in the front and rear doors of your GS. I have a 2000 GS300. I am going to keep my factory cd player and upgrade to Diamond Audio or Eclipse door separates, a JL Audio 10" sub, and 100 X 2 Orion Amp and a 75 X 4 Xtant Amp for the door speakers.
