I'm looking to put 6.5s in the front doors and 5.25 cos in the rear doors.
Does metal have to be cut, or does it just need MDF baffles made and bolts into existing location?

Door Installs
Installation is not too bad. If you plan to have it done ... shop around!!! Tons of real butchers out there. I had one high end store do mine ... it was soo bad I ripped it out and started all over myself.
An awsome step by step install prodeure is in the forum. I think it was Dave400 who took the time to take pictures and document this the whole way thru. We all benefit from this input. Props to Dave400 or whoever did this. Search for it.
I used Diamond Hex S600S in my GS4. I would recommend against using particle board or mdf for the baffle. I used 1/2 birch plywood. If you need to make a mounting hole for your Xover the birch holds up much better. Some speakers just won't fit. For example the Focal 165K2 require a little over 3" mounting depth. which is a little deep. The Dyns are the best and they fit. I just got the Diamonds at such a screaming deal I went with them. With 6.5 you should have NO metal cutting.
