Location of Nakamichi Amp in 98 GS400?

Location of Nakamichi Amp in 98 GS400?
I have a 98 GS400, and the sound of my drivers side speaker and tweeter go in and out on occasion. I want to check the Nak amp and the connections to it.
Do you guys know the location of the nak amp in a 98 gs4? also any other suggestions or input as to why my speakers do this would be highly appreciated.
