I just bopught a 99/00 RX300 here in Malaysia, we use janpan spec's due to the import of this models from there. now my problem is, malaysia is running on FM for the Radio and on PAL for the TV. My Lexus with japan specs only provides for the radio up tp 90 FM and TV NOT PAL System.
How can i convert my system to go up into 104 ++ FM and to recieve PAL TV ???
