Two words: Sound deadening. If you install some sound deadening properly you will greatly reduce the rattling. I did almost my entire car with RAAMmat, here's a pic of the trunk lid. There are more pics in my gallery too. Seriously, sound deadening helps a TON. Try this first, then see if your spoiler still rattles.

It'll Rattle Yer Teeth
This can be difficult, to say the least. I have a sealed box woofer that fires only into the cabin, and my spoiler still rattles. I've used Dynamat Original on my trunk lid (damn that stuff is heavy - I can get killed if the trunk lid falls on my head, weighs a ton!), and that had very little effect. It appears that the spoiler/trunk is resonant at some frequency around 60 Hz (I haven't measured it yet). The wires inside the spoiler to the LED stop light, and possibly the LEDs themselves, are primarily what's causing the rattle in my case. A possible way to stop it directly would be to fill the spoiler with someting like insulating foam, but this may cause other problems, and may also make the trunk lid heavier, something I don't want. I've tried using some strip caulk behind the LED assembly, but didn't work very well. You should notice that if you grab the spoiler around the LEDs in the middle with a firm grip, you can stop the rattle.
It's really irritating because you can have a great system, but it sounds miserable outside the car because of that spoiler.

If it's the plastic lens thats causing the rattling then one sided foam tape will fix it. My RX300 moon roof wind deflector rattled like a SOB along with the plastic around the moon roof until I put Dynamat Extreme on the flip up deflector and used foam tape on the inside of the plastic. All gone now! :P
The trick is find the exact cause of the rattling and then figure out a way to stop or 'absorb' the rattling so you don't hear it anymore.
Good luck,
JP

Though I haven't removed it yet to find out for sure, it seems that the LEDs tend to rattle even within the assembly itself. I think some silicone sealer/glue will help to fix that, but I'm sure one needs to be careful not to get it on the business side of the LEDs, or they'll be optically screwed up, and the brake light will look horrible.
