Default ECU ECM Board Schematics or board repair?

Does anyone know where to obtain ECU ECM board schematics to revive boards?
Not the old boards but newer vehicles upto 12 years of age.
The older ones seems like the electrolytic capacitors leaked out to cause damage.
These days the capacitors looks to be made better but the solder jobs might be bad such as those of the RAV4 where a guy puts solder on the resistors.

I wish we could get schematics for all the little black boxes, and the sound systems on these cars. It seems that's all top secret stuff at Lexus.

I can understand the desire to keep ECM information private as they are proprietary designs that are the heart of the vehicle and how it operates. The audio system secrecy at Lexus is more perplexing. I am still in search of some rather basic info regarding the factory system in my RX but it is not to be found anywhere...

Yes on the latest and greatest you are correct. But on a 25 year old car, there is nothing on it that has to be kept secret, they are not going to regress the electronics and ever use that tech again. So there is absolutely zero reason for Toyota to keep it secret. It all should be disseminated freely to all that need it, or want it and same goes for shop manuals for 25 plus year old cars.
