GS300 non-navi -----> Navigatation
Hi all,
Was wondering, what's your views on installing a FACTORY Navigatation system on a non-navigatation GS300??? Either I would buy the system from Lexus or from a wrecked vehicle. The bottom like is, keeping the vehicle -stock- This should be a 'direct' bolt-in replacement, right?

I'm moving this post to the Lexus Electronics forum. BananaGS is the only person who I know that has done that conversion and it's not exaclty plug-and-play... I'll look for him to reply or you can also search for some of his old posts where he describes it!

I got a extra complete plug and plug OEM nav for GS3/4 99-00 for sale, but as of now, it's SOLD
unless the buyer back out, I gave him 1 week to decide and 30 warranty
you only need to connect 3 wires to the car (using my own homebuilt wiring) and it's up running

-all GS300 and 400 are the same (same fitting)
-try call around for junkyards (not easy to find)
-get latest update software from lexus ($270 with old software to trade in)
