In dash monitors are made by everyone, Alpine, Kenwood are some of the better ones. Headrest monitors are more tricky. Usually people have them custom installed in their headrests, anywhere from 4" to 7" screens. There are some companies like Audiovox and Visualogic that have started making complete kits that already have the monitors installed in the headrest, and they are very good quality monitors. I know visualogic doesnt have anything for the ES, but you might want to look at Audiovox's website. Good luck
