Default Turning off on its own and ejecting CDs

So lately the Audio unit in my 07 Lexus ES350 has been turning off on its own periodically with no reason to do so and then if there are any CD's in the CD changer they just start to eject on there own when this happens.
This is an OEM Stock Navigation unit in my 07 ES350
This could happen anywhere from once every other day to 10 times in one day anyone knows of what causes this or is there an issue that no one has ever dealt with before?
Once or twice I have noticed where the knot to turn the volume up and down stops working as in the only way to adjust the volume is to use the steering wheel control
thank you for the help
