Default Radio Dead

Guys,
I recently removed my CD changer to clean the cd lens because the changer would always skip. I figured it was possibly dirty. Anyhow, when I place the cd changer back, I went to start the car/radio and the radio was completely dead. Did I blow a fuse in the process of working on the CD changer? It seems my radio has no power. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Comandante

why would you remove the entire changer? just get a cd cleaner and it will clean it by its self...unless im misunderstanding something...????

I tried cleaning it with a cd cleaner many times but that never work. So as a last resort, I took it apart to physically clean it with alcohol. That worked for me once before.
