factory pioneer 4 channel amp wiring harness question
what are the functions of the A6 (12+ from radio) and A11 (System ground from radio) wires....
I kno that these do not supply the power for the amp because the power is supplied from the B7 and B10 wires on the other harness.....
harness lettering and numbers are from: http://www.intellexual.net/faq/lexusstereo.swf
i ask this question because when my HU is on the sound is fine.. but when i turn the radio OFF i get this continous electrical noise from all my speakers.. im thinking it has something to do with these wires or one of the wires arent grounded properly...
any suggestions ??

A6 supplies power only when the headunit is on. It is the AMP wire. A11 is the signal ground. See the note on the second page about how signal gound is the ground for the RCAs?
Somebody else can chime in now and tell you how to fix it I would guess use A6 for power instead.
