Lexus GS radio LCD supplier (maybe other models as well)
I put this on a different thread as a response, but if your radio LCD is out (esp. for the regular GS radio), look here. . .
First, get the model number of your regular Lexus radio (i.e. non-Nakamichi), then go to the following OEM parts distributor website:
http://www.pacparts.com
1. click on "Consumer Electronics"
2. click on "Search and Order"
3. continue as a "guest"
4. for the manufacturer, use "Pioneer" (or whoever makes yours), and enter the model number (for a 98+ GS300/400 w/o Nakamichi, use "KEX-M8076ZT")
You'll find the price for a new GS300/400 OEM LCD is $52.10 plus shipping cost. The part number is: CAW1385. For other radio models, LCD displays and other parts will be listed for your particular radio.
FYI, PacParts sell many other OEM electronic parts for many of the major electronics manufacturers. Good luck to all, and I hope this saves you guys some bucks/resources.
