How to test stock amplifier or TYTO-01
I have a 2007 rx350, non-nav & non-ML. I have installed a pioneer head unit using a Metra kit that included a TYTO-01 toyota interface harness. After working flawlessly for 6 months, the front-left and rear-left channels seem to have failed completely (though a tweeter on the driver A pillar seems to still be working).
Does anyone have any ideas on how I should go about trouble-shooting this kind of problem? I'm fairly good with a soldering iron and a multi-meter but I've never tried diagnosing audio signals or amplifiers (other than swapping speakers to test amp output).
Any ideas on how to go about this would be appreciated.... I do have a picoscope pc-oscillosope but I'm not sure where I should start since I don't have a wiring diagram or any experience with audio.
Thanks!

Do you still have the stock head unit? I would pull out the pioneer just to check your connections around the integration harness (where the most-recently-mucked-with would be the most likely source of the problem). If you don't see any obvious loose connections leading to the left channel, you could then easily plug in the stock head unit to see if the problem is in the pioneer (or downstream of the car harness).
