The Kicker KX400.1 sub amp is mounted underneath the passenger seat and the Eclipse PA5422 amp for the main speakers is mounted to the back of the left rear seat. The mdf baffle board mounts the speaker to the stock speaker location. The board is needed for clearance and for a better fit than a pair of Scosche speaker brackets I bought from crutchfield.

I've recently added a Kenwood Sirius tuner and FM modulator to the system to give me commercial free tunes. Not as good as a direct link with an aux input adapter, but no on makes one that will allow me to use the CD changer. I'll post some additonal photos I have tomorrow.
