must get that 15" L7 4ohms man u get a nice crossover that you can drop that baby to a 30hz or 25hz man u will have some serious Bassssssssss.........., u can't never drop those two ten that low and remember u will have to at least 800 or 1000 watts amp may be JBL 1000 u can go wrong there you have to drop this to 2ohms .check you pm

The bigger the sub thelower you can go with your fre. 40,30 hz. Thats the kind of bass that makes your hair stand up or you can feel the bass coming on slow motion.back in my days( Im very old guys) did my 1989 toyota 4runner (topless) with 2 18".Lets just say i broke a couple windows!

haha wow didnt expect so many feedbacks but yea if i get the 15's they are the L7's. Hm so by now im pretty content with getting the 1 15' Thanks guys! Oh by the way anyone have any suggestions on a amp for this sub in particular?

The theory about "the bigger sub' can achieve lower frequencies" theory isn't always true. There are many variables (technical and enclosure) involved when you want your sub' to achieve the lower-end of the frequencies (40-and-below).

Okay, I'll re-word my statement. Achieving low-frequencies is one thing. But doing it efficiently and without much distortion is another.

About your windows, either the 4Runner windows are pretty weak or your system was able to meter very high on the mics' because it is difficult to blow your windows out (much more than ordinary people think)!

But in any case, I do love low-frequencies myself.
